A.	Tariff for Film Advertisements Gemini TV & Teja TV 1 Minute Package: Rs 2,245/- per min Teja TV: Rs 1,965/- per min ETV: Rs 1,965/- per min MAA TV: Rs 280/- per min Note: The above rates will w.e.f.: 01/07/2006.
B.	1st Preference Straight Films, 2nd Preference Dubbed from Indian Language and 3rd Pereference Dubbed From Foreign Language.
C.	Producers are allowed to have coverage of Muhurthams, Special Press Meets, Audio Functions and 100 days functions.
D.	The Producers are allowed to promote their film with half-an-hour programme three times during the first run of the film.

Restrictions in Print Media

A.	Producers can release their film ads on 5 occasions of 60 Col. Cm. in colour per film are: Coming, Date, See Today, 50th Day and 100th Day = 60 Col. Cms., Colour.
B.	The Producer can release their film ads acording to his choice for 7 occasions of 60 Col. Cms. (Colour ad) per film from the date Audio Function and 1 occasion for 175 days (Audio 1 + 5 Occasions + 1 for 175 days).
C.	Producers can release their black and white Mid week ads in Telugu daily news papers (for Vaartha and Andhra Jyothi) only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Maximum size of the Mid week B/W and should be: 3 x 7 = 21 Col. Cms. No advertisements allowed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If the movie releases on any of the above days (i.e., Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs) Producers are allowed to release their 60 Col. Cms. and Colour ads.
D.	English News Papers: Producers can release only 5 ads during the entire run of the film. The maximum size allowed is ¼ page in colour or Black & White.
E.	Weekly Magazines: In respect of Weekly Film Magazines the Producers are allowed to give a maximum 1 full page (Colour) advertisement per week, in each magazine. As per our self regulations any violation to the above decision a penalty of 100% for 1st violation, 200% for 2nd violation in respect of the advertisements and there on total Non-Cooperation will be imposed. No News paper (Telugu and English) and Film Magazines should carry the advertisement for any kind of Greetings like Birthday Occasions, Awards etc. (for Artistes and Technicians) and the same will applicable to Fans, Distributors, Exhibitors, Producers and any other film based personalities (No further permission will be given from the Council).

Note: Payments should be made in favour of Telugu Producers' Council, Hyderabad only, along with copy of release order and beta tape should submit five days in advance for telecast. No Credits will be Allowed.
